Enter the world of supplements. Are supplements necessary or a waste of time and money? Are all supplements the same? How many supplements do you need?
Most folks, because of the way they live and because of our toxic society, need some supplements to get all the necessary nutrients to be healthy. Many people are too busy to prepare all their meals and will occasionally eat some unhealthy food, so supplements will be helpful as adjunct therapy, not as a replacement for food. Plus, the healthier you eat, the more potent the supplements will be because your body will be able to better digest, absorb and assimilate the supplements. For a very few people who eat extremely healthy, supplements are most likely not necessary.
All supplements are not the same. Many are inferior, with artificial ingredients and low quality raw materials, especially those found at regular grocery stores, drug stores and pharmacies.
